Large furniture items are delivered via freight carrier using curbside delivery, meaning delivery to your front door, garage, or entryway.
Delivery does not include:
- Inside placement
- Assembly
- Packaging removal
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier scheduling, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

5. Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.
Customers must inspect items upon delivery and report any damages within 48 hours.
