Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In its original packaging  
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: Large Furniture Returns
Due to the size and nature of our products, most items ship via freight.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer  
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable  
- Return shipping for large items can be significant and varies by location  

We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before purchasing.

Damages & Delivery Issues (Very Important)
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives:
- Damaged  
- Defective  
- Incorrect
